About the Role
As a Community Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for:
📅 Managing service scheduling & rostering to ensure seamless, cost-effective care delivery.
🤝 Collaborating with Case Managers to coordinate services, equipment, and support.
🚗 Optimizing workforce allocation by prioritizing staff and minimizing travel time.
📋 Ensuring compliance with aged care guidelines and service agreements. 📞 Providing exceptional customer service, acting as a key contact for consumers and staff.
💡 Finding creative solutions to rostering challenges to maintain continuity of care.
⏰ Shifts Available: Mondays & Fridays, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in rostering/scheduling within a community or aged care setting.
✔ Strong problem-solving & organizational skills to manage workforce logistics effectively.
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills to build trust with consumers and staff.
✔ Understanding of case management principles and aged care service requirements.
✔ Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Knowledge of WHS & confidentiality requirements in aged care.
✔ Current National Police Certificate & Driver’s License.
