We are now seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Business Partner to support our quality, risk, and clinical governance functions across residential and home care services.
Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in promoting service excellence, driving continuous improvement, and supporting regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to implement and monitor quality, risk, and governance systems.
- Support audits, accreditation, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Drive the development and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Facilitate feedback, complaints, and continuous improvement processes.
- Support education and staff engagement in quality and compliance practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality, risk, or compliance in aged care or health.
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience supporting accreditation and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A current Driver’s License and National Police Clearance.
Desirable
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Qualification in project or change management.
- Understanding of current reform and clinical governance in aged care.
