As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will:
🎨 Plan & lead fun activities – from arts and music to group events.
🤝 Support resident wellbeing – providing companionship and emotional support.
📋 Record participation & engagement – ensuring activities meet residents' needs.
💡 Foster connection – helping new residents feel at home.
👥 Work with a caring team – collaborating with nurses and care staff.

✔ A passion for aged care & improving residents' lives.
✔ Creativity & enthusiasm in planning activities.
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
✔ Understanding of dementia care (preferred but not essential).
✔ Certificate III or IV in Leisure & Health (essential).
✔ Current National Police Check, First Aid Certificate, and Manual Handling Certificate.
