We are seeking passionate Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents at Bene Aged Care, St. Agnes. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will:
✅ Deliver clinical care tailored to residents' individual needs.
✅ Support and mentor Personal Care Workers (PCWs).
✅ Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
✅ Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
✅ Maintain compliance with AHPRA, aged care standards, and accreditation requirements.
✔ Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
✔ Aged care experience (preferred but not essential).
✔ Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged-related health issues.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills to support care teams.
✔ Commitment to resident dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
✔ Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certification.
✔ A National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable Skills:✔ Italian-speaking ability (not essential but highly regarded).
✔ Post-basic qualifications in aged care.
