About the roleAs our Receptionist / Admin Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Your duties will include:
✅ Greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism and care
✅ Managing phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
✅ Handling mail, courier deliveries, and petty cash
✅ Supporting administrative tasks and data entry
✅ Ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations
✔️ Previous experience in reception or administration (3+ years preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔️ Strong Microsoft Office skills
✔️ A caring and professional attitude
✔️ Ability to multitask and work independently
✔️ Current National Police Check & NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
