Bene Aged Care is looking for dedicated nurses to join our Bene Casa Community Services team (Bene Casa), you’ll provide high-quality, person-centered care that supports older people to live independently in their own homes.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role for 12 months—a rewarding opportunity where your clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and leadership skills will make a positive difference every day.
About the Role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will:
✅Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and recommend tailored care solutions
✅Collaborate with case managers, allied health professionals, and families to develop personalized care plans
✅Provide wound care, medication management, and personal care assessments
✅Deliver medication credentialing and competency training for care workers
✅Monitor and support clients who are at risk of declining health or early residential care admission
✅Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
✅ Collaborate in case conferencing, infection control, and clinical meetings
What We’re Looking For
✔AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in aged care or community nursing
✔Strong clinical assessment, wound care, and medication management skills
✔Knowledge of My Aged Care, funding models, and wellness-focused care frameworks
✔Excellent communication and documentation skills
✔Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
✔Current National Police Certificate and Driver’s License (essential)
